  • Note for 2026 Wrangler Owners: Certain 2025 and 2026 Wrangler (JL) and Gladiator (JT) vehicles built on or after September 30, 2025 were produced with a faulty Driver Assistance System Module (DASM) software calibration, affecting the AEV ProCal and all other dealer and aftermarket programming tools. This DASM calibration could not properly accept tire size which then caused lane departure and auto high-beam warning faults and disabled certain driver assistance features. Please see Customer Bulletin for instructions on how to resolve the issue from your local Stellantis dealer.
  • The all-new ProCal SNAP (currently not compatible with 2025 model year Wranglers equipped with the 2.0L 4-cylinder engine) is included for quick and easy speedometer recalibration, as well as our JL Jack Base for added safety and stability when changing a 35” and taller tire with the factory scissor jack.
  • The AEV JL 2.5” DualSport XP Suspension Kit includes a set of our frequency-tuned, triple-rate coil springs to provide 2.5” of additional front and rear ride height.
  • The JL Wrangler is equipped from the factory with a very soft coil spring and a relatively stiff shock package, which is not ideal for expedition travel when heavier cargo loads are introduced. For this reason, we went with progressive rate coil springs (available in standard load or high capacity) for additional load handling capability and then paired them with set of 66mm (2.6″) AEV-tuned Bilstin 8100 series reservoir shocks for the ultimate level of performance off-road, especially over rough terrain at higher speeds.
  • As with all of AEV’s expedition-ready suspension systems, the DualSport Suspension for the Jeep Wrangler JL is FMVSS No. 126 Compliant.
  • With the AEV DualSport RT Suspension System installed, the JL Wrangler’s front and rear suspension geometry is optimized throughout the entire range of motion, giving you the sporty, responsive handling characteristics that AEV suspension systems are known for.
  • A rear track bar tower extension is included to correct the rear roll center while also generating a better turn-in response. Extended length front and rear sway bar end links compensate for the additional lift height, while new front and rear bump stop spacers improve bumper/axle contact under full articulation and jounce. Due to this suspension system’s lower lift height, there is no need to swap out any of the OE track bars, control arms or steering components.
  • Proudly made in the USA
  • As a true, expedition-ready suspension system, coil spring and shock tuning was essential to provide the optimal balance of load carrying capacity and ride quality that customers have come to expect from AEV.
